meal, while significantly reducing calorie intake.
Here
are some delicious, healthy recipes for cleansing (detoxify your body) (For
each recipe, combine ingredients in a juicer or blender, then mix for 45-60
seconds):
Breakfast:
- 5 spinach leaves, chopped
- 3 kale leaves (remove stems), chopped
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 apple (remove seeds), halved
- 1 lemon (remove rind)
- 1 piece fresh ginger
Lunch:
- 3 large carrots
- 1 apple (remove core/seeds), halved
- 2 red beets, quartered
- 1 orange (remove rind)

Dinner:

- 1 beet, sliced
